The Midlands Section
The Midlands Section arranges about four technical meetings
each year, with a field visit in the summer. These cover a
wide range of scientific and technical issues, and are held
at venues throughout the region. All events are promoted nationally
to BHS members, and joint meetings are held with organisations
such as CIWEM, The Royal Meteorological Society and Royal
Geographical Society whenever appropriate.
