Terry Evans - Obituary

We are sorry to announce that Terry Evans, a long-time member of BHS and Honorary Treasurer from 1997 to 2001, died peacefully on Sunday 14th February after a long illness. He was head of hydrology at Mott MacDonald until his retirement in 1993, but even in retirement was involved in challenging international assignments, including the Caspian Environment Programme.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 3rd March, but this will be for the family only. Donations in Terry's name can be made either to the Arthur Rank Hospice or to the Great Fen Project.
Our thoughts and sincere condolences go to Joan, his wife, and the rest of the family at this sad time.
